Online Registration Policies:

• TAP will accept registrations on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. 
• Once the class is full, no more registrations will be accepted.
• Credit Card payment must accompany the registration in order for the registration to be processed. Credit Cards will be charged immediately!
• You must have a valid email address to register online
• Upon receipt of your registration and payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call to verify that your registration/payment has been received and you are scheduled to attend.

Registration Fee Includes:

• Core Education: course materials and pen, morning and afternoon snack, refreshments, and certificate of attendance
• Continuing Education: handouts and pen, morning snack, refreshments, and certificate of attendance
